VICTORIA - Anthony Macauley Associates (AMA) added a new player to the team roster earlier this week. The firm announced that the developing AMA Consulting (AMA CL) division gained some much-needed experience in the form of Duncan Hollows, CMA, as their new Senior Performance Consultant.

Mr. Hollows is formerly of Scotia Bank, one of Canada's largest and most international financial institutions. His background covers Finance, Account Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Training and Development, Investments and excellence in Customer Service. AMA considers his private-sector experience as a perfect complement to its own developed skills and background in the public sector. He observed there was significant value for AMA CL in looking at both sides of the economy. "I believe there are strong growth opportunities in the government," he said, "as well as opportunities branching into the private sector."

AMA Consulting was created to take advantage of the natural fit between Performance Consulting and the successful work of Anthony Macauley Associates. The Canadian software solutions developer has considerable experience with creating and implementing financial and performance products for provincial and federal organizations all across Canada. "With a strong 'brand' to market," Mr. Hollows pointed out, "packaging the software, consulting, and the performance management and implementation solutions into an attractive whole will be important."

On Monday, May 30, the new Senior Performance Consultant took over his position in the organization.
