Enterprise and Cross-Enterprise Data Quality - its critical role in assuring government performance
Performance specialists, Jon Punnett & Bob Rutherford of Anthony Macauley Associates, and Bill Reid of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, shared best practices' experiences in using the data resource to drive inter- and intra-organizational performance at all levels. Jon and Bill shared their experiences at the FMI Capital Chapter Event on Thursday April 22nd at the Ottawa Congress Centre.
Bill and Jon described their experiences from a recent national survey and work with the BC and federal governments. Specific examples dealt with the application of work-flow, gating, standards, meaningful measures, roles' assignment, action alerts, and inter-operability in planning and executing management accountability frameworks that deliver desired performance
