AMA Announces GX Performance - a ground breaking performance management assurance framework and system.

Inspired by government's emphasis on performance and management accountability, AMA has built a web-based system and framework, GX Performance.

GX Performance functions and features include the following:

• Map mandates, strategies, policies, and directions to performance and targets
• Plan for results and risk mitigation through workflow routing, baselines, gating, risk criteria, activities, measurements, and tolerance limits.
• Assure timely action by "just-in-time" alerts and "deliveries" [eg., a management information document] to any or all levels in your organization "
• Monitor actions and results as a by-product of ongoing operations. Includes the ability to get data from multiple data sources, and to interact dynamically with other systems via Web Services.
• Know of "abnormal" variances, exactly at the right moment - through action alerts that are directed to one or more persons' "in-boxes" to branch, directorate, or departmental levels.
• Take remedial control action to deal with specific performance issues. Or adjust the performance framework itself, powered by an active dictionary that allows the immediate application of new requirements.
